This is a demonstration of operant conditioning in goldfish. We use a device called a Fish Stick (Petsche LLC), discriminative stimuli in the form of light or vibration. The gain for the beatings of the nipple is the food. Fish Stick is useful to demonstrate the basic principles of operant conditioning, including design, extinction, spontaneous recovery and the effects of timing. More complex behaviors may also include the reversal of related learning and conditioning are investigated. L 'Video clip shows a small example of the technology design simple discrimination experiment that uses a light, like the stick of power followed. If the light is off, no food can be obtained. After some experience of the fish learns easily push the nipple when the light is on and go away when turned off. A device like the one presented here can easily be used for projects of students and teachers in the operant conditioning and comparative psychology.
